Here you can read about the purchase terms and conditions that apply at MILINJAS.


Orders

All orders are placed via our website www.milinjas.se. When your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided. It is only when you have received an order confirmation that we have confirmed your order and a purchase agreement is reached. We reserve the right to adjust your order if for any reason we cannot ship your order. If you have placed several separate orders, we also have the right to combine these and deliver them in one package.

If your order contains incorrect personal information, or if you as a customer have payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Products and prices

All prices on MILINJAS are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. A shipping fee may apply, depending on the shipping method you choose. All prices are updated regularly without prior notice.

MILINJAS cannot guarantee that the product images reflect the exact physical appearance and characteristics of the goods. We reserve the right to price changes, stock status errors or printing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all packages with PostNord. The shipping cost is 59 SEK within Sweden.

Free shipping when you shop for 599 SEK or more – so take the opportunity to fill your shopping cart! We will ship your goods within 3 working days.

After that, it takes approximately 1-3 days for Postnord to deliver. Orders placed late on Friday or on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

Right of withdrawal

When you as a consumer buy goods online, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act. We have chosen to extend your statutory right of withdrawal to 30 days through "open purchase", where the withdrawal period applies from the day the package has been delivered to the recipient address. In order for the product to remain in good condition if a return is desired, it is important to open the packaging with care. The product in its original packaging should be shipped in additional packaging.

If we receive a returned item that is considered damaged and has decreased in resale value, we have the right to deduct amounts up to 100% of the item's price from your refund.

In the event of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. You are also responsible for the return package until it reaches MILINJA.

Complaint

You of course have the right to complain about a product from us if you have received it damaged or incorrectly shipped.

It is important that you report the fault to us as soon as possible after you receive the packaging. In order to have your complaint approved, you must contact us before sending your item back.

MILINJAS has the right to deny your complaint if the reason is deemed incorrect. We always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.

If you don't pick up your package

Your package will be held by the postman for 7 days before being returned to us. If you do not collect your package within the specified time, it will be sent back to MILINJAS.

We reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 200 to cover our return and administration costs for packages that have been returned when they have not been collected within the specified time.

Don't forget that you must pick up your package if you want to use your right of withdrawal, and then return it according to our instructions.

Personal data (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. The data is only used to process your order. We do not share your data without your consent.

Change of purchase terms

MILINJAS reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of purchase, however, these do not apply to purchase agreements that have already been entered into.
